  I came in for a tuxedo rental for my son's prom. I had already did my homework and signed up for emails and received the $50 off prom tuxedo rental coupon. The sales rep lady approached us and asked what were we looking for. I showed her a picture and gave her our price range. She said well the tux he picked cost $200 to rent it or you can buy one for $179 but they don't have your son size. I said that's fine we will go ahead and rent the tuxedo. I said $200 great because I have a $50 off coupon that will work for me. She said the price I quoted you is with that coupon already. I said wow unbelievable and left. She immediately lost all my trust. She could have stated regular price first. I was done, I walked out on her and left. The lady was african american round with short hair. I visited around 11'ish on 5/6/17. I immediately went to K&G Superstore. They were running a $99 Prom special. I bought the same tuxedo for $99. I'm glad her poor customer service led me elsewhere for better savings. A day that began awful ended up in all smiles. I will never step foot in AL's Formal Wear again for any of my family's needs again.
