  This jewelry store is phenomenal. I have a ring I was gifted when I was 16 that I treasure greatly. My parents purchased it and the center opal came loose frequently; I had to send it to where they purchased it two times to get the stone tightened and it always took around a month to get back to me. After it came back, the stone would loosen again in a matter of weeks. Frustrated I sought out another solution and decided to go into this store to see if they could fix my ring. I was greeted by a young lady named Haylee who took a look at my ring and she was very understanding of my situation. She assured me that they could fix it and brought in the Jeweler to talk to me personally. Daniel, the jeweler let me know more about the ring than I could’ve imagined. He showed me under magnification how the prongs holding my opal weren’t cut correctly, the previous jeweler cut into the prongs with a square shape when they needed to be round to hold my round stone. They quoted me and gave me paperwork stating that they had possession of my piece including a thorough description which set me at ease. When I came to pick up my ring a week later, I was astounded. It had been cleaned, polished, and shone so much i couldn’t believe it. That repair was done almost over a year ago and my stone is as solid as can be. I want to thank Daniel and Haylee for such an amazing job. I continue to go back to them with other items and I recommend you take yours there as well!!
