I don't remember her name exactly but I think it was Alexa or something along those lines. I understand that the customer might've been giving her a hard time, but it is quite unpleasant to see an employee raise their voice and give a customer attitude that the whole store can notice. This is the second time I've noticed this so I will not be coming back
