- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆April 09, 2020, by Rob HigbieWe had a frustrating experience. We requested a 24-hour hold on the last ABC Kitty charm in the metroplex. After driving miles out of the way though DFW rush hour traffic they were unable to find the charm. Turns out it was in the hold cabinet but they didn’t think about looking in there until after my wife got upset with them. I don’t understand why they didn’t look there to begin with but there must be a reason. Anyway, we got the charm and they apologized but it was still somewhat aggravating.
