  It was our first time at Cavenders. We received excellent customer service, accompanied with a plethora of information about their boots. The sales associate had an endurance of patience to answer any and every question. She was so thorough in her knowledge of the brands, that we bought not one but two pairs of boots that day. When we were trying to find the manager to give our compliments, as to the quality of service we had received; that's when we found out Tiffany was a manager.   These type of clothes are not my thing, but the sales guy was helpful, and helped me pick out some shoes for my wife. I give it 5 stars because of their Customer Service.

  Been looking for a pair of boots forever, as my long/narrow foot always gives me issues. Narrow widths carried in store! My wife even found some, with matching jeans and belt...which never happens either. Sales reps are helpful but they don't hover. Would recommend to anyone looking for any type of western wear
