  My wife bought a dress for my daughter last week for an event next month. My daughter decided that she didn't like it. My wife brought it back and the Dillard staff refused to take it back. They said there were some chalk markings on the dress so that means it must have already been worn! My wife tried to explain to the Dillard lady that my daughter only tried it on and did not like it, she'd never worn it in public before...This is very disappointing. We have been dealing business with Dillard for over 20 years but after this, we don't plan on coming anymore.
