  I was absolutely amazed at how much of a disaster this store was. Almost nothing is organized - it's a shock if you find two of the same thing together. A full half of the store is a labyrinth of clearance racks that are stuffed with all sizes, styles, and kinds of clothing - children's jackets jammed in next to size M dresses and 2X leggings, over and over for 2 or 3 dozen round clothing racks. If I had several days and the patience of a saint, I could probably have found some really cute items on sale. The plus-size section is a joke. I flipped through a few racks, but honestly didn't have the motivation to actually look through anything. The only sections that are remotely organized are the items that are obviously brand new - swimsuits for summer, and a wall of denim shorts that were being put out. There seemed to be 3 or 4 employees in the entire store, and no one picking up the clothes littering the floor. When my friend asked where she could find a pair of shorts she saw on a mannequin, she was led to the other side of the store, where the employee searched in vain for 5 minutes or so, only to find a single pair in a similar style that were 3 sizes too large. The fitting rooms were a joke - an employee would ask you how many items you had, and then point you in the direction of an open room (ignoring the racks of plastic number cards) as they carried clothes back and forth in hangers, dragging them across the floor. The doors of the fitting rooms did not lock or latch, and there was no place to set your bag or clothes down. You had to either drape your clothes precariously over one of the garment hooks, or set them on the dirty floor. After stumbling upon a dress I liked, I approached a checkout counter and waited for several minutes, only to be told by an employee passing by that this checkout location was closed and I would need to go to the other end of the store. At this point I probably should have just walked out, but after 45 minutes I felt like I should at least leave with something. I am amazed that the company allows their store to be run this way. It was mid-afternoon on a Tuesday, not a weekend rush. It gave the impression of being managed by someone who either didn't care or didn't know what they were doing, and I definitely won't be returning. There's a nice location at the Grapevine Mills mall that's worth the extra drive.
