  I love Party City! The one I visited that day I don't usually visit it's not in my location, but I was glad I was there I put my order in for a beautiful bouquet of balloons got them the next day. The employees there were helpful.

  The manager Yvette literally accused my friend and me of moving some of their Halloween gas masks that were incorrectly priced. She said it could've been one of my employees or a customer and looked right at us. When we asked her to honor the price they were incorrectly labeled under she said in a sarcastic tone "you want me to honor the price, I can't do that!" Worst experience with a manager EVER. I will NEVER be shopping at this place again!
