  Horrible experience buying my husbands wedding band at this store. It broke in half when he dropped it a few months later. It was a tungsten ring with three diamonds. The price tag said $599 but they had a special for $299. Apparently it's an ongoing special because when I went back it was still 'on sale'. They offered to charge us a reduced price for a replacement ring after they kept the ring for 5 days to supposedly call the manufacturer. I asked for the manufacturers name and they would not give it to me. I went back a second time and they said they didn't know who manufactured the ring. I don't like the dishonesty or the fact that his ring broke so quickly. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

  I’ve have several family members and family friends purchase a wide variety of jewelry from here and not once have any of us run into any issues. They care about you as a customer and will stand by their work and products. I’m a life customer as well as everyone else that I’m close with that shops here. Go see them first before you go to a big jeweler where they won’t remember who you are after you sign the receipt. This company will.
