  I purchased a phone, unfortunately, they didn’t have it in stock at the time and they needed to ship me one instead. Thinking it would all be okay, I accepted. Two days later I receive the box that was suppose to have the phone, but all paperwork was in except for the actual phone. I immediately called AT&T and the jerk circle began. I was transferred to numerous people, I was placed on hold many times, even held for 51 minutes at one point. I then went to the store and EVAN helped me. They threw him around the jerk circle as well, I am very disappointed with AT&T. They told him the resolution would take 3 days. I patiently said okay and left. 3 days I return, again EVAN assists me, then they told him resolution would be the following day. Meanwhile, AT&T had already charged me the first installment and I never had a phone. (I’m cutting this short, more to it, but too long). Long story short, after 3 weeks of no resolution from AT&T, it was EVAN that was able to reverse everything and get me the phone I had paid for. He was always very patient, professional and helpful. Because of EVAN, I’m not leaving AT&T. After being a loyal customer for 20 years, using them as my provider for for TV, WiFi and Wireless, you would think they would have resolved my issue. Thanks again EVAN, I cannot thank you enough.
