  I had to exchange my Galaxy S7 Edge they sent the phone to the store Friday, The customer Service was very good, The Rep made sure that I got everything off the old phone, which took us some time to complete, She told me she would hold my old phone till Sunday to make sure my new phone was up-to-date... Great Job, Very Friendly, Courteous, Knowledgeable, but if they don't have the solution, They'll Contact Corporate for the Correct Answer.

  I had an extremely pleasant experience from the T-Mobile staff and store at this location. The current manager, Anthony, was completely and utterly accommodating in helping me setup a phone and data plan. When I came in the first time he answered every single question I had politely and patiently. I was awestruck that he stayed 30 minutes after the store closed just to make sure I was completely satisfied with my decision. He didn't rush me at all in getting a phone and plan right then and there either. He and all of the employees are very nice and will make you feel more welcome than any other cell phone carrier store you will ever go to. If you decide to get a phone plan from T-Mobile I would hands down recommend this store to go to.
