  T-mobile worst company I know after I refused pay 3rd final bill, it was after 5 monts when I finish with them they send collection agency and no one care I do have 2x paper that say this is your final bill and store rep signature after verify with call center. I paid $187 and after month they try explain there is another finall bill $146 I said this is reason why I'm left your charging system is wrong but you know what if you signe paper and that will say I not owne you anything else then I will give you money now they say ok I do have paper and then after month I received another 3rd one bill for $52 they test me? Now it's in collections agency and bothering me from all different phone numbers. Just be careful with T-mobile

  Most of the employees teenagers took long time to do something they need training , spend 30 minutes minimum to get help please make your service fast nobody has extra two hours to waste
