  Worst Customer Service I have ever received. one of the representative sold me an iPhone 7 by giving me wrong information. After that I have trying to get it resolved and I haven't had a good answer since. Even the store manager stated that he would get back to me by a certain time and he never called me back now I am stuck.... and I just sent the phone back... I just hope that T-Mobile starts having a better customer redress service. But all in all this is the worst service I have got in any store. While in the store the representatives are all apologetic and make you feel the best that you can in such a situation. Once you step out they forget about it and never get back to the customer.
